I provide short-term, solution focused counselling and long(er) term counselling to individuals (eg addictions, sex & sexuality etc) and groups.

Over the past 20 years I have accumulated a significant amount of counselling experience, working with a wide range of issues including:
- lack of interest/motivation,
- cultural conflicts,
- depression,
- loss & bereavement,
- anxiety,
- relationship difficulties,
- stress,
- addictions,
- sexuality, HIV.
It may help you to know that I have worked in different settings such as a Sexual Health Counsellor, a Group Facilitator and as a Senior Practitioner in residential settings in charitable foundations and NHS services.

I was born in Naples, Italy, and so I speak fluent Italian (as well as fluent English) which may be preferred for Italians seeking counselling in their native language. Being Italian I bring in my work passion, commitment and a strong believe in human’s ability to cope with any challenge with the integrity and resilience required to see it through.
I am passionate in supporting people towards discovering their own unique qualities, inner resources and skills, which I believe every human being has but, sometimes, when one is challenged, doubting its existence could lead to despair, self-doubt and unhappiness.
